Sharjah to introduce three-day weekend in 2022 – Emirates Girl

The emirate of Sharjah has confirmed it is going to transfer to a four-day workweek in 2022.

The Sharjah authorities confirmed its staff would profit from a three-day weekend – Friday, Saturday and Sunday – beginning January 1, 2022, working from 7.30am to three.30pm on weekdays.

This announcement from the Sharjah authorities got here after the UAE announced federal government employees would transfer to a four-and-a-half day working week in 2022, with weekends altering from Friday and Saturday to Saturday and Sunday.

The UAE Authorities Media Workplace introduced the working hours would from 7.30am to three.30pm from Monday to Thursday and on Fridays, staff will work for 4.5 hours with flexibility to have the ability to do business from home.
